quits unexpectedly having never launched

I was looking forward to playing with this app, but it repeatedly quits without ever opening.
Pronounciation is key to Mandarin. For me it is the hardest part because it is like singing—one off key or sour note and you are lost...and hey, not only cant I sing, Ive got a New York accent!
